WHAT BULLHERO IS

BullHero is a competitive video game played with virtual money. It is not a broker, it gives no access to real markets, it executes no real orders and it does not constitute financial advice or an investment recommendation. The prices you see are generated by a mathematical model: they are not real quotes from the Nasdaq or any other market.

Results obtained in the game do not predict and bear no relation to results in real trading. Trading real financial markets carries a risk of loss.

DATA WE STORE

To play we need your email address, which serves as your username. We also store your alias, your points, your matches and your purchases. We do not store passwords because we do not use them: access is through a temporary code sent to your email.

We record visits in aggregate form to know how many people come in. The IP address is stored cryptographically hashed with a secret salt, so it cannot identify anyone and cannot be reversed back to the original IP.

THIRD PARTIES

We use Mailjet to send the access emails and Stripe to process payments. We never store card details at any point: they are handled entirely by Stripe.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can request access to, correction of or full deletion of your account and your data by writing to [email protected]. We handle the request within a maximum of 30 days.

PURCHASES

Store products are digital goods that are activated on your account immediately. By purchasing, you accept immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been activated, in accordance with article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
