Delete my account
What gets erased, what is kept and for how long.
This deletes your BullHero account and everything in it.
WHAT GETS ERASED
- Your nickname and your avatar.
- Your points, your level, your crowns, your rounds and your credits.
- The phones where you get notifications, which stop receiving them at once.
- Your email address.
WHAT IS KEPT
- If you have bought anything, the invoice stays without your name or your email, with only the amount and the date. The law requires keeping it for four years.
- The site visit counts, detached from you and with nothing that identifies you.
This cannot be undone. There is no bin and no grace period.
